Master of Science in Criminal Justice:

Students are also encouraged to participate in internships. Students may take internship positions at the state and federal level, working at a variety of different areas and specialties within the field of criminal justice. Students who complete this program are qualified to take high paying jobs at the state and federal level and also to go on and pursue PhD degrees.

This school is known for its dedication to its students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. This school offers a variety of special concentrations for students who have a variety of different interests in the criminal justice field of study. The school offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as special programs for working professionals who would like to pursue higher education degrees, but who cannot drop out of the workforce to pursue the degrees in full-time programs. This school concentrates on teaching students theory and practical application of key criminal justice theories and concepts.

Master of Science in Criminal Justice:

Students begin with a core education in criminology. This includes studying the criminal justice system from a number of different perspectives. Students also analyze different facets of the system. They look at social defense, juvenile delinquency, and public health. Students also work on independent projects that are related to their areas of specialty. They work closely with faculty member who have the necessary experience to guide students toward the completion of their projects. Students are also encouraged to perform internships while in the graduate program. These internships can be in any number of state or federal government agencies. Students are also encouraged to look at private industries that may require the help of students with criminal justice background.
