The Department of Psychology offers Ph.D.s in eight different concentrations: Behavioral Neuroscience, Clinical Studies, Clinical Studies Respecialization, Cognition, Community and Cultural Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Experimental Psychopathology, and Social/Personality Psychology.
Ph.D. in Community and Cultural Psychology
Emory's Clinical Psychology doctorate program aims to educate clinical psychologists with a firm foundation in research, theory, and practice. The emphasis of the program is clinical science and providing students with the skills and knowledge necessary to function as clinical researchers in the field of psychology.

This program views cognition from a variety of perspectives, including adult and child behavior, neuroimaging and neuroscience, computation, and social perspectives. The program is designed to train students for research and teaching.
