DePaul University Graduate School of Business:

This school is well-known in the state for its dedication to its students and its experienced faculty. Students who enroll in this graduate school are both students who are looking to enter their professions and those who are already working professionals and want to move ahead or change careers. Master of Arts in Human Resource Development:

This program is part of the Education department of the graduate college and focuses on working with employees in a number of different industries. Students begin the program by learning the basics of management, leadership, and organizational philosophy. Students then work closely with faculty advisors and other students to develop an advanced understanding of the needs in this field. Students participate in role-play exercises, as well as in heavy research and analysis. Students may be asked to engage in professional development opportunities, such as internships. Students who complete this program are qualified to work in a number of different industries. Students take management and leadership positions in health care, business, human services, and government agencies.
