For students interested in obtaining a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, classes include group behavior theory, organizational theory, human machine and human computer interaction, motivation dynamics, organizational influences on behavior, job testing, and reward punishment structures. Many people that graduate with this degree go on to work in institutional settings as well as private companies. Students learn how to apply theoretical ideas to real world organizations.
