Minnesota State University's Graduate Engineering Programs

This is a public university that was established in 1868. The 300 acres of land that make up the campus house seven colleges, including the College of Science, Engineering and Technology where you can earn your graduate degree in engineering.

Masters of Science in Engineering

You can customize your degree by choosing courses from different categories of study, including Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. You will take classes in physics, math, and computer sciences no matter which track you choose.

Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology

To be admitted into the program, you need to have at least a 2.75 grade point average from your undergraduate studies, an acceptable score on your GRE, and completion of courses like Calculus I & II, Circuit Analysis I, and Computer Aided Drafting.

St. Cloud State University's Graduate Engineering Program

This is a four-year public university that was founded in 1869. Currently, there are about 17,000 students enrolled and 550 faculty members employed. Eight academic units provide students with the chance to earn their undergraduate and graduate degrees from SCSU. 13% of students attending the university are graduate students.

Master of Engineering Management

This program is designed specifically for students who want to hold managerial positions following graduation. A widely diverse selection of disciplines is available to students, including Mechanical, Industrial, Computer and Software Engineering. Other relevant fields include chemistry, math, physics and other sciences. To be admitted, you must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, high test scores, and three letters of recommendation, among other requirements. 33 credits are required, 15 of which must come from the core curriculum. These include classes like Quality Engineering, Engineering Management, and Engineering Economy.

University of Minnesota, Duluth's Graduate Engineering Programs

UMD was established in 1895. Today, it offers 13 undergraduate degrees in 75 majors and graduate degrees in 21 different fields. The campus is comprised of 240 acres and more than 50 buildings. The Swenson College of Science and Engineering is where you can seek your master's degree in engineering.

Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering

This program accepts applications from students who have earned their bachelor's degree in engineering. 31 credits are required to complete the program. Two plans are offered, one involving a thesis of ten credits and the other a project of three credits.

Master of Science in Engineering Management

The purpose of this program is to equip students with tools to become professional engineers following graduation. Courses include Supply Chain Management, Information Technology for Management, and Advanced Engineering Economics.
