St. Cloud State University's Graduate Finance Program

SCSU is a university that offers undergraduate, master's and doctoral degree programs. About 17,000 students are enrolled yearly, and 13% of them are graduate students. The university was founded in 1869 and is divided into eight colleges and centers of learning, offering students over 60 programs of study.

Master of Business Administration

This program keeps working professionals in mind by offering part-time options, but a full-time course is also offered. The program is internationally accredited because of its innovative schedule and hands-on curriculum. The classes you will take include Financial Analysis and Control, Multinational Financial Management, Accounting for Managers, and Financial Accounting.

The College of St. Scholastica's Graduate Finance Program

Located in Duluth, Minnesota, this college was founded in 1912. The campus, which now covers 186 acres of land, was started by a group of Benedictine Sisters. The campus is situated over Lake Superior, offering students an excellent view. Seven schools make up the college's academic programs. There are over 60 student organizations and clubs that many of the 3,300 students utilize. Nearly a quarter of those attending the college are there for graduate studies.

Master of Business Administration

One of the following areas may be chosen as a concentration when earning your MBA: Finance, IT Leadership, Marketing, Organization Development (Planned Change), Health Care Administration, and Human Resource Management. The ability to specialize in one of these areas allows you to become an expert in your given specialty. 46 semester hours are required for graduation. You need to have earned a 2.8 GPA in your undergraduate studies to be accepted into this program. Essential courses are Economic Issues, Financial Accounting and Marketing.

University of Minnesota, Twin Cities' Graduate Finance Program

U of M, a university that boasts an enrollment of over 50,000 students each year, is the oldest campus in the University of Minnesota system. It was founded in 1851 and now stretches over 1,200 acres. 28% of students who attend this university are graduate students. The admission rate is about 53%.

Master of Financial Mathematics

If you are pursuing a career in quantitative finance, this is the degree for you. You can choose to place an emphasis on your degree in Management, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science and more. Core courses you can expect to take, no matter what emphasis you choose, include Mathematical Background for Finance, Mathematical Theory Applied to Finance, and A Practitioner's Course in Finance. To be accepted, you should have earned a 3.0 in your undergraduate studies, a high GRE score and, for foreign students, a completed TOEFL.
