University of New Hampshire Graduate School

The University of New Hampshire offers the following graduate education degrees in various fields of concentration: Master of the Arts (MA), Master of Education (ME), Master of the Arts in Teaching (MAT), as well as a PhD in Education.

Ph.D. in Education

This doctorate program provides a broad understanding of education with in-depth inquiry into the student's are of concentration, chosen from teacher education, educational leadership and policy studies, curriculum and instruction, literacy and schooling, and experiential/outdoor education.

Masters of Education

This program can be specialized into administration and supervision, counseling, early childhood education (including an option in special needs), elementary education, reading, secondary education, special education, and teacher leadership. The Master of Education has 28 core credits, 8 elective credits, and a concluding experience.
