Post University Rankings and Accreditation
Rankings and Accreditation
Regional Accreditation: Post University is regionally accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). This organization is one of six regional bodies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Commission on Higher Education Accreditation. Each regional institution is responsible for college and university accreditation in a defined area; the New England Association of Schools and Colleges accredits schools in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
State Accreditation: Post University is licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Higher Education to operate as a college in the state. Licensure by the state is designed to ensure that any new institution complies with the academic standards set by the state, and that established schools continue to maintain a mandatory level of academic quality.
