But certainly most Master of Public Health (MPH) degree programs offer a specialization that focuses on health behavior and health promotion, for people interested in public health education. There are also Master of Social Work (MSW) specializations that zero in on public health, such as epidemiology, and the nature of social work often leads to an educational role. Many students who complete a Master of Nursing (MSN) can specialize in health education and work in a public clinic or hospital educating families or conducting classes.
