Best Answer:
A Masters in Human Resources is designed to prepare you for management of a HR department within a business. Very few new graduates break in at that level, but there are entry level job openings that will allow you to apply your newly acquired skill set. HR departments hire at the entry level for employer training, which can quickly transition to an organizational development role. Some HR graduates break in as interviewers within a hiring office; some go to work as recruiters. Almost any entry level experience will contribute to a transition to a more senior position.
