Clemson University's Graduate Accounting Program
This public research university is located in Clemson, South Carolina. It was established in 1889 and gained its current name in 1964. According to the US News and World Reports, CU is the 22nd-best public university in the nation. The 17,000-acre campus is comprised of five schools of learning, including the College of Business and Behavioral Sciences where a master's in professional accountancy is available.
Master of Professional Accountancy
Completion of this 30-credit program allows students to qualify academically for the CPA exam to become certified. Applicants should have already earned their bachelor's degree in accounting or business. Classes include Cost Accounting, Tax, Auditing, and Accounting Information Systems.

University of South Carolina, Columbia's Graduate Accounting Programs
This is a public research university that was established in 1801. The campus is 359 acres and is continually expanding toward the Congaree River. More than 27,000 students attend USC, 29% of which are there to earn their graduate degree. All 50 states and more than 100 foreign countries are represented at the university.
Master of Accountancy
This program is designed for students who have already earned a four-year degree in accounting. However, as long as prospective students satisfy the school's admission standards, they may be accepted regardless of what their undergraduate major was. Two tracks to choose from-Business Measurement & Assurance or Taxation-will determine the courses you take.
PhD Program in Accounting
Taking this program after earning your master's degree allows you to learn what you need to know in order to succeed as a productive scholar or teacher at the collegiate level after graduation. Classes include Doctoral Seminars in each of the following: Accounting Research, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Auditing & Accounting Information Systems.

College of Charleston's Graduate Accounting Program
C of C was established in 1770. It is the oldest college in South Carolina. Seven academic units are incorporated into the college, including the School of Business and Economics. More than 11,000 students attend the college and a quarter of them are attending for graduate studies.
Master of Science in Accountancy
This program equips you with critical thinking and evaluation skills, high ethical principles as an accountant, and a special set of technical skills. You can qualify to take the CPA exam following graduation, a designation that is required for many leadership positions in the industry today. Two required courses and four electives are required to graduate. You need to choose one of the following three tracks to study: Accounting Information Systems, Financial Reporting/Auditing, or Taxation.
