Texas Tech University

Texas Tech University was founded in February 10, 1923 and is located in Lubbock, Texas. The university offers degrees in more than 150 courses of study through 13 colleges and hosts 60 research centers and institutes. MS and PhD Human Development & Family Studies

The University of Texas at Austin

The University of Texas at Austin is the flagship institution of The University of Texas System. Founded in 1883, the main campus is located just blocks from the state capitol. The university is a major center for academic research and was named one of the original eight Public Ivy institutions.

Master of Science in Social Work

The program prepares students for advanced social work practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. The social work program is dedicated to providing leadership and distinction in social work education. Texas State University is a doctoral granting school located in San Marcos. It is the biggest school in the state's university system, and one of the fifty five biggest schools in the United States. Texas State ranked 12th Best Public University in the West in the U.S. News and World Reports 2010 ranking.
