  • University of Cincinnati a Great Architecture School? Yes! I live here in Cincinnati and I can tell you that the architecture program is extremely competitive, both undergraduate and graduate. The program itself is ranked second in the country by Design Intelligence magazine. Architecture is one of the many prestigious programs within the college of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Interior Design is ranked number one in the country. The UC campus itself is completely renovated and has some of the best architecture of any college campus. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to pursue a degree in architecture or any other major in the DAAP college. Here's the school's website below...

  • Two questions in one? Is this UIB or UIUC?

I would say that Notre Dame's prestige is not that much to take it over Illinois, but i'd probably take it over indiana. again, i din't know if you meant indian or illinoi.s

If you're sure you want to be an engineer and U of I's engineering program is better than go to U of I.

If you want prestige, go to Northwestern of U of Chicago. ND is probably equal with UMich.

nOh yea, you'll get into ND. It's really not that hard. Northwestern is a different story. And U of Chicago, but if you're a legacy that will help you out but its still hard to get in.
  • What colleges should I consider? Keep in mind that what makes most schools stand out, particularly in the sciences, is the ability to afford quality lab facilities and to have the faculty to guide good research. I would look for well-funded flagship state research universities (like Michigan, Illinois, Rutgers or UMass) or a private school with a good endowment, probably something a little larger for a private school (10-20,000 students), because you would get more choices of majors at a place like that.
